All You Need to Know About My Profile

Here you will find your account information as well as other profile settings. Such as:

  • Encounter Timestamp: This will be automatically turned on when you sign up for AutoScribe but can be disabled by de-selecting the check bock below

  • Speech Languages: Here you can select up to 4 different languages that AutoScribe will hear from you and/or your patients.

  • Note Language: Here you can select the language that the Clinician Note will be generated in.

  • Record Audio: If you would like to test out your mic you can here

  • Save: Make sure to save any changes that you make before you leave!

How do I know which tier plan I am on?

You can find your tiers in 3 places:

  • in your personal profile page in the application,

  • in the top dashboard when a live encounter of AutoScribe is ongoing,

  • or on your latest invoice from Mutuo Health, provided by Stripe.
