I’m not seeing a generated note, what should I do?
For those in tier 2 or 3: After going to “Actions”-> “End encounter”-> “Edit encounter” you do not see a final note, click on the note template dropdown list, and select your preferred template. That should force a note to be generated. If still not working, please email [email protected]
