AutoScribe’s Note Customization feature allows you to instantly personalize the style, level of detail, and pronouns used in your clinical note—without changing the underlying template.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access the Customization Panel
After your encounter has ended and the initial note has been generated, click the dropdown arrow next to “Note Customizations.”
2. Choose Your Customization Options
You can select one or more of the following:
Note Detail Level – Choose how comprehensive or concise the note should be.
Note Style – Select your preferred clinical documentation format (e.g., SOAP, narrative, detailed medical note).
Pronoun Settings – Specify which pronouns the AI should consistently use throughout the note.
To reduce generation time, it is recommended to make all your selections first and then apply them together.
3. Apply Customizations
Once you’ve made your selections, click “Customize Note.”
AutoScribe will update the existing note according to your preferences.
4. Resetting Customizations
Click “Reset” to clear your selections.
Note: The reset will not revert the note to its original version—it simply clears the customization options you selected before applying.
