Where is the Menu, and what tabs can I find?
In the top-right corner of the AutoScribe page, you’ll see your name with a dropdown menu
Here, you’ll find 6 options:

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
Here’s where you can create additional backup tokens for secure sign-ins.
Recommended: Always keep at least one backup token for emergencies.
End-User License Agreement
This section lets you review the agreement you signed when you first subscribed.

My Profile
The My Profile section contains your account information and customization settings.
You can manage the following:
Encounter Timestamp:
Automatically enabled when you sign up. You can disable it by unchecking the box below.Speech Languages:
Select up to 4 languages that AutoScribe can recognize from you and/or your patients.Note Language:
Choose the language in which your Clinician Note will be generated.Record Audio:
Test your microphone directly here.Allow Audio Upload:
When enabled, you can upload audio files for AutoScribe to analyze and generate a note from.
Don’t forget to click “Save” after making any changes!
Other Important Features in My Profile
Offline Audio File Upload
This feature lets you upload audio recorded outside AutoScribe (for example, from the Voice Memos app on iPhone).
Once uploaded, AutoScribe will:
1️⃣ Transcribe the audio
2️⃣ Generate the note
3️⃣ Send you an email once the note is ready
To enable:
Go to Profile → Check the “Allow Audio Upload” box
Next time you click “Start Listening”, you’ll see an “Audio Upload” button to choose your file.
Custom Template Requests
Creating custom templates has never been easier!
1️⃣ Go to your Profile
2️⃣ Scroll to the bottom of the page
3️⃣ Paste your desired template in the free-text box
4️⃣ Click “Save”
Requests typically take 24–48 hours to process.

You can now:
Set your default note template
Mark frequently used templates as favorites
To configure:
1️⃣ Go to your Profile
2️⃣ Scroll down and click “Select Note Template”
3️⃣ Choose your default and favorite templates
4️⃣ Don’t forget to hit “Save” at the bottom
