How to Reset Your Password

If you forget your password or can’t log in to your AutoScribe account, you can easily reset it in just a few steps.

Step 1 — Click “Lost password?”

On the login screen, click the Lost password? link below the login button.


This will take you to the password reset page.

Click Lost password? to begin resetting your password.

Step 2 — Enter Your Username

Type your username in the field provided, then click Reset password.


A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Enter your username and click Reset password to trigger the reset email.

Step 3 — Check Your Email

Open your inbox and look for an email from [email protected].


Click the link at the bottom of the email to open the password reset page.

Click the reset link in the email to set a new password.

Step 4 — Create a New Password

After clicking the link, you’ll be redirected to the password reset page.


Enter and confirm your new password following the password requirements listed on the page:

  • Must contain at least 8 characters

  • Include at least 1 digit (0–9)

  • Include 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter

  • Include 1 special character (e.g., !, #, $, %)

  • Should not be similar to your personal information or past passwords

Click Reset password to finalize the change.

Enter and confirm your new password to complete the reset.

Quick Tips

  • If you don’t receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.

  • Password reset links expire after a short time — repeat the process if needed.

  • After resetting, log in again using your new password.

  • For shared workstations, avoid checking “Remember me for 12 hours.”

Result

Your AutoScribe password is now reset — you can log in securely and continue using the platform.
