AutoScribe offers flexible subscription plans designed to support different clinical workflows and documentation needs. Subscriptions are billed per clinician and are available on a monthly, six month, or annual billing cycle.
Longer billing commitments provide a lower effective monthly cost.

2. Available Plans
AutoScribe offers three plans:
Essential
Intermediate
Premium
All plans include English and French support, secure transcription, HIPAA PHIPA and PIPEDA compliance, end to end encryption, and technical support Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
3. Essential Plan
The Essential plan generates a SOAP note instantly at the end of the encounter.
Monthly billing
Full time unlimited use: $110 CAD per month
Part time up to 80 encounters: $95 CAD per month
Additional encounters: $1 CAD per visit
Six month billing
Full time unlimited use: $99 CAD per month
Part time up to 80 encounters: $75 CAD per month
Additional encounters: $1 CAD per visit
Annual billing
Full time unlimited use: $89 CAD per month
Part time up to 80 encounters: $65 CAD per month
Additional encounters: $1 CAD per visit
4. Intermediate Plan
The Intermediate plan includes direct dictation and access to over 99 note templates used across more than 30 medical specialties.
Monthly billing
Full time unlimited use: $155 CAD per month
Part time up to 80 encounters: $120 CAD per month
Additional encounters: $1.25 CAD per visit
Six month billing
Full time unlimited use: $129 CAD per month
Part time up to 80 encounters: $95 CAD per month
Additional encounters: $1.25 CAD per visit

5. Premium Plan
The Premium plan supports real time note generation during the encounter and fully custom programmed templates.

Full time unlimited use: $250 CAD per month
Six month billing
Full time unlimited use: $199 CAD per month
Annual billing
Full time unlimited use: $169 CAD per month
Part time plans are not available for the Premium tier.
Additional encounters are billed at $1.25 CAD per visit if applicable.
6. Encounter Audio Storage
Encounter audio is securely stored for up to 30 days on all standard AutoScribe plans.
AutoScribe Express stores encounter audio for 2 days.
7. Usage Limits and Billing
Subscriptions are billed per clinician based on the selected billing cycle.
Part time plans include up to 80 encounters per month.
Additional encounters are automatically billed at the listed per visit rate.
8. Clinic and Enterprise Pricing
AutoScribe offers custom pricing for clinics, hospital systems, and enterprise organizations.
Pricing is based on clinician count, encounter volume, and deployment requirements.
